1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using ABboost: A/B Testing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Service Description

ABboost provides A/B testing functionality for Shopify stores, including:

• Product price testing
• Product description testing
• Product title testing
• Split URL testing
• Analytics and reporting

3. Subscription and Billing

The App offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed in the app
• Automatic renewal until cancelled
• Free plan available with limited features
• No refunds for partial billing periods

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or abuse the App's functionality
• Maintain the security of your Shopify account
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App remain with the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or sales
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Active tests will be stopped
• Data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
